Funds from the bonus account cannot be withdrawn. These funds cannot be exchanged for real account money. Once you use your bonus money, the stake value of the bonus money is removed from your bonus account, and if your bet is a winning bet, only the profit of the bet will be added to your real money betting account.
For Example: If you use R500 bonus credit to bet on Manchester United to beat Arsenal at odds of 2/1. If Manchester United wins the match, R1000 will be added to your real money betting account and the R500 stake bonus money will be deemed to be “used” and reduced to R0.
