Bet Settlement:
All Lucky Number bets are based on the numbers that are drawn from the respective lotto. Lucky Number bets are subject to the lottery rules of the respective jurisdictions in which they are played, save to the extent of any inconsistency with Playa’s general terms and conditions, in which event Playa’s general terms and conditions will prevail. Results will be posted in accordance with the first official result of that particular draw as provided by the controlling authority’s website, or any other credible website which disseminates such information.
Postponed Draws:
If for any reason a lottery draw does not take place or no result is announced by the controlling authority, all valid bets on that draw will stand, provided such draw is held within 24 hours. In the event that a lottery draw is postponed beyond 24 hours, all bets on that draw shall be void.
Standard Draws:
For resulting purposes, the bonus ball will count towards the bet selections: 1 number, 2 numbers, 3 numbers, 4 numbers, 5 numbers, and any bonus ball SPECIFIC bets including BONUS BALL over/under. The bonus ball will ALSO count towards Over/Under bets should a bonus ball be drawn. The bonus ball will NOT count towards draws where betting options and odds exclude the bonus ball (this will be stated in the heading or on the ticket).
For bets to be winners, all numbers that are selected have to be drawn. For example: If a customer selects 3 numbers and only 2 numbers are achieved, the bet is a losing bet.
Customers cannot combine bets from different events for the same draw. For example. Customers cannot combine one number from the South African Main Draw Incl. Bonus Ball and one number from the South African Main Draw Excl. Bonus Ball. These bets will be separated and treated as related bets.
Power Draws:
For resulting purposes, the power ball does NOT count towards bet selections 1 number, 2 numbers, 3 numbers, 4 numbers, and 5 numbers and Over/Under bets on the 1st set of balls draws. The power ball will only count towards power ball specific options only including: power ball, power ball over/under, or any other power ball specific option. Customers can combine 1 number, 2 numbers, or 3 numbers with the power ball. For this bet to win, the customer has to select the correct numbers from ball set 1 and the correct power number from ball set 2.
The following draws are considered power ball draws: French Loto, India Thunderball, South Africa Powerball Main, South Africa Powerball Plus, USA Mega Millions, 6/49 Germany, USA Powerball, Australia Powerball, and Greece Powerball.

Special Draw Rules
Australia 6/45 Lotto: Resulting occurs on the 1st six balls drawn plus the FIRST bonus ball only.
Australia 7/45 Lotto: Resulting occurs on the 1st seven balls drawn plus the FIRST bonus ball only.
Australia Set for Life: Resulting occurs on the 1st eight balls drawn only and DOES NOT include the bonus ball for resulting.
Euro Jackpot: Resulting occurs similar to Powerball with 5 balls drawn from draw machine 1 for resulting and the FIRST Powerball ONLY from draw machine 2. The second Powerball DOES NOT COUNT for resulting purposes.
