To win a game – Customer places bet on:

If a player retires before the match has started, all bets will be void.
If a player retires after the match has started, general fulfilled bets rule applies.
In case of match delay, final result is awaited as long as match is not abandoned or cancelled.
In case of disqualification of the player, the result on the tournament is considered to be valid, and all bets are valid regardless of the tennis player participation in the tournament.
If official data for specific results are unavailable 48 hours after the match ends, bets are off and stakes are returned.
